Seamless gutters in North Palm Beach, FL
Long runs for long ranch homes, about 15 minutes east of us across PGA Boulevard.
The Village of North Palm Beach is about 15 minutes east of us, straight across PGA Boulevard to US 1. It is one of our most familiar service areas, and its houses have a character of their own.
A lot of the village was built in the 1950s and 60s: single story block homes along the canals off Prosperity Farms Road, US 1 and Lighthouse Drive, many with low pitched roofs and long, deep eaves. Lost Tree Village and the streets around Old Port Cove hold larger waterfront homes, and the North Palm Beach Country Club course is ringed by houses with mature landscaping that hates being washed out by roof water.
Those long, low roofs are where seamless gutter really earns its name. A low pitched roof sends a lot of water to one edge, and a 70 or 80 foot eave is a lot of sectional joints waiting to leak. One continuous run, with enough downspouts to carry the load, solves it.

Older fascia, checked first
Homes from the 50s and 60s often have original wood fascia that has been painted over many times. Before we hang anything, we check it. Where it is soft, we replace it, so the new gutter is fastened to solid wood and not to decades of paint over rot.
